The Bach Competition shall be coming to Orlando for the live performance collection’ 87th 12 months Feb. 4.
This 12 months’s Bach Competition runs from from Feb. 4-27 and can host performances at Knowles Memorial Chapel on the Rollins Faculty campus in addition to the brand new Steinmetz Corridor on the Dr. Phillips Middle.
Knowles Chapel will inaugurate the live performance collection with a free organ recital from Ken Cowan at on Feb. 4. A “Concertos by Candlelight” live performance that includes music from Grieg and Sibelius will happen on Feb. 11-12 along with a efficiency of Mendelssohn’s Elijah at Steinmetz Corridor on Feb. 20. Mozart’s Requiem and Beethoven’s Symphony No. 6 will even be carried out at Trinity Prep on Feb. 25.
